I welcome you with an open mind and a willingness to learn more about whatever might be holding you back in life or your relationship(s). I provide a safe space for individuals and couples to explore situations and emotions that might be causing distress. I do this by combining my training in human sexuality and counselling. I not only want you to feel heard but also feel supported, understood, and empowered to improve the quality of your life and your relationship(s). My approach to therapy is client-centred and collaborative. No two people’s journeys are the same. Therefore, I strive to explore solutions that work for you in your environment.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and have extensive experience working with heterosexual & queer individuals and couples. I have a Master of Arts degree in Human Sexuality from San Francisco State University, along with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have previously worked as a researcher exploring relationship dynamics and negotiations in the context of sexual health and taught several sexual health classes to medical students at Stanford University and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you can show up just as you are, without any pressure to have everything figured out.
I work from a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, which means that I move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I also like to bring a bit of humour into the work when it feels right. Life is heavy enough sometimes, and I’ve found that a little lightness can go a long way in helping us feel human, connected, and more at ease. Whether you’re dealing with stress, burnout, relationship struggles, or simply looking to feel more grounded, I’m here to support you in making sense of your experience and moving toward the life that you want.
Before embarking on my journey as a psychotherapist, I supported people in community settings and have seen firsthand how resilience and vulnerability can go hand-in-hand. I believe that healing happens through genuine connection and that therapy doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
If you are considering therapy, I’d be honoured to be part of your journey.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and am completing my Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend, and I bring a rich lived experience to my role as therapist. From that experience, I know life can be challenging, with unexpected twists and turns, and I want to hear your story. We will work collaboratively to establish goals and help you make the necessary changes to feel more fulfilled in your life. Whether you are seeking personal growth, improved relationships, or simply a listening ear, I look forward to working with you.
